Week 1: Learning the Movements
In your first week, the focus is on movement quality, not maxing out weights. We’ll teach you how to perform key lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses safely and effectively. You’ll also get a full InBody scan and set realistic goals during your Free Fitness Package consultation. Expect some soreness, but also a sense of momentum—you’re doing something good for your body.
Week 2: Building Consistency
You’ll start to notice small wins: better posture, improved energy, and increased confidence walking into the gym. Your coach will begin layering in progressive overload—gradually increasing the challenge while keeping technique tight. You’ll also start learning how your nutrition supports strength and recovery, with simple adjustments that don’t require a full diet overhaul.
Week 3: Noticing Changes
By now, you’re lifting more than you were in Week 1, and you’re recovering faster. Many of our clients report better sleep, improved mood, and greater mental clarity during this stage. You might even start seeing small changes in muscle tone and posture. Most importantly, the gym starts feeling like a place you belong—not just a place you go.
Week 4: Gaining Confidence and Control
This is the week where many clients hit their stride. The fear and confusion of being a beginner fades, replaced by a clear sense of direction. Your program is tailored to you, your technique is sharper, and your body is adapting to the demands. Strength training is no longer intimidating—it’s empowering.
